Product Description

Borla’s Cat-Back exhaust systems for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco lineup provide tuned sound, improved exhaust flow, and rugged build quality. These systems use high-clearance Climber / rock-crawler routing to maintain ground clearance off road.

They are built from T-304 stainless steel with mandrel bends and precision manufacturing. Sound levels vary by part number: the Touring variant (BOR140897 / BOR140901) delivers a mellow, refined tone that adds body to stock sound without cabin drone, while the S-Type variant (BOR140898 / BOR140902) offers a more aggressive and sporty exhaust note. Each is designed as a bolt-on system using factory mounting points.
